I am an expert in project management suitably equipped with the relevant skills, techniques and latitude to manage a project. All through my carrier, I have acquired extensive experience in project designing, proposal writing and donor relation for INGOs and governments in the development context. The NGO world have enhanced my ability to develop Log frames that helps to improve the planning, implementation, management and give a logical linkage between the structures of a project. I have adapted the theory of change mechanism in monitoring, evaluating accounting and learning of a program/project. My frequent interactions with development partners have enriched my skills in lobbying and advocacy. I have mastered the art of data collection, analysis, documentation and dissemination.
